L’Etoile files bid to antitrust to buy cosmetics chain Podruzhka
MOSCOW, Oct 30 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Alcor and Co, which runs perfumes and cosmetics chain L’Etoile, has filed a bid to the Federal Antimonopoly Service to buy Taber Trade, which manages cosmetics chain Podruzhka, also known as Podrygka, the antimonopoly service said late Tuesday.
The application is to be considered in 30 days.
L’Etoile currently manages around 900 stores in over 200 Russian cities. Podruzhka, founded in 2005, has over 200 stores, mostly in Moscow and the Moscow Region.
